We are currently looking for someone to join our housing team as the Leasehold/Housing Officer. This is a full time, permanent role, working 38 hours, Monday to Friday based from our office located in Orange. Responsibilities will include: Building and managing our Leaseholds portfolio in Orange; Building strong relationships with the local real estate market; Ensuring targets are achieved; and Managing all tenancies within the Leaseholds portfolio including sign‑ups, inspections, and maintenance. To be successful, ideally you will have experience in real estate, with intermediate IT skills, strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. This is a fast‑paced role, so you must also be highly organised and energetic. Experience working with vulnerable client groups, an understanding of the needs of people on low incomes, and a desire to make a difference in our community will be highly regarded. You will also need a current driver's licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check. The Leasehold/Housing Officer is classified as a Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $88,327 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
