**Job Description:**The **Programmatic Executive** will support the delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns, working across DSP platforms to manage, optimize, and report on performance. You will work closely with the Programmatic Manager/Product Manager to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results for clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a desire to grow into a programmatic specialist.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the setup, trafficking, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).* Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance against client KPIs.* Troubleshoot campaign issues, such as discrepancies, tagging errors, or creative approvals.* Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency.* Assist in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.* Collaborate with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic into wider campaigns.* Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and capabilities in programmatic advertising.**Requirements*** 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital campaign management.* Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.* Understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization.* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.* Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn advanced programmatic techniques.* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.**Location:****Brand:**Carat**Time Type:**全职**Contract Type:**永久#J-18808-Ljbffr
