We are a boutique Aged Care Provider delivering high quality care and individualised support to clients in the comfort of their own home. We are rapidly expanding and have a number of opportunities available for caring, empathetic, motivated and experienced support workers to join our team. As a support worker you will provide assistance to our home care clients, ensuring they are fully supported with services and activities that meet their specific care needs, enabling them to remain living independently at home. Key responsibilities may include: assistance with transport to appointments domestic assistance, light housework, meal preparation provide safe and ethical person-centered care to clients in their own home ability to identify and promptly report changes in the client's condition resilient and adaptive with the ability to work alone maintaining an accurate record of the progress and well-being of clients practice safe manual handling, ability to lift up to 20kg capable of effective time management and work organisation Requirements: Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (or similar, or currently studying) Full Australian Driver Licence with own comprehensively insured vehicle Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain) Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain) Current Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain) How to apply: No Agencies.Click apply on this advertisement and follow the prompts.Please note that you must have the right to live and work in this area to apply for this job.
