About the Role We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and flexible Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the recently rebuilt Lismore Ice Cream Factory . In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance as part of the factory’s maintenance team. This is a full‑time, permanent position that requires the ability to work a flexible roster, including after‑hours call‑outs as needed.
