What you’ll be doing: Manage a caseload of clients with psychological injuries, supporting their recovery and return to work. Conduct vocational assessments, counselling, and job-seeking education. Collaborate with treating practitioners and key stakeholders to develop tailored recovery plans. Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports. Participate in case conferences and deliver evidence-based interventions. What you’ll bring: Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline. Registration with ASORC. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. A passion for mental health recovery and helping people achieve sustainable outcomes.
