We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our passionate team in Marion. About The Role Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day retail store management, leading the team, visual merchandising, deliveries and stock. Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store. Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs. Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty. Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities. Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback. Regular Sunday work is required for this role. About You Passionate and motivated to deliver results, confidently supporting both manager and team. Excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational ability. Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous. About T2 T2 is a tea brand known for premium, sustainable blends.
