About my client: My client is developer/builder specialising in multi-residential developments and high-quality apartment projects. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, their team delivers well-designed, well-coordinated builds with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and safety. Working across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of upcoming residential projects. About the Role You’ll be site-based and responsible for driving project delivery, supporting the Site Manager, and ensuring construction runs smoothly from start to finish. They’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and confident interpreting designs, drawings, and plans. If you’re someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and a good team player you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting in the delivery of residential projects from start to finish Reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications Managing site coordination, subcontractors, and day-to-day activities Supporting quality, safety, and compliance across all stages Working closely with the project team to keep timelines on track What They’re Looking For Someone with site background preferred Background in residential construction (essential) Strong understanding of designs, drawings, and site processes Someone reliable, self-driven, and capable of working independently A team player who will fit into a tight-knit, values-driven business Someone willing to travel between Brisbane & Gold Coast What’s on Offer Salary package: $150k–$160k + Super Secure role with a reputable company continuing to grow Supportive leadership and a down-to-earth culture Building a strong portfolio of delivering high quality residential developments How to apply: To find out more, please call Lyndsey today on or send an updated resume and candidates who match the PD will receive a call back. #J-18808-Ljbffr
