About The Role Deliver scalable, production‑grade software solutions underpinning AI‑driven systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional squads on end‑to‑end feature delivery every two weeks. Design, build, and maintain multi‑agent and generative AI systems that support business objectives. Translate complex technical concepts into practical engineering solutions aligned with product goals. Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of robust AI and data‑driven applications. Implement and optimise engineering frameworks to support multi‑agent and GenAI platforms. Work collaboratively to solve complex technical problems, applying strong analytical and coding skills. Engage proactively in solution discussions and share opinions confidently while remaining adaptable. Participate in code reviews, technical challenges, and agile ceremonies. Maintain high coding standards, ensuring reliability and scalability in production systems. Skills and Experience 3+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer (senior‑level). Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar). Experience building, delivering, and operating production‑grade software systems. Hands‑on exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) or agentic AI frameworks is highly regarded. Design solutions independently and explain technical reasoning clearly.
