We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist In Charge to join our team at Pharmacy 4 Less Ruse' in Ruse, NSW 2560. As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within our growing organisation. What you’ll be doing Manage the pharmacy team and oversee the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counsel to patients, ensuring their medication needs are met safely and effectively Maintain strict adherence to all relevant pharmacy regulations, policies and procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and deliver optimal outcomes Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure the pharmacy is well‑stocked and operational Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy systems and processes Mentor and train pharmacist intern and pharmacy assistants What we’re looking for Registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA license Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role (but not mandatory) Excellent clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge, with a strong focus on patient‑centred care Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and computer systems Passionate about delivering high‑quality healthcare and committed to continuous professional development Must have Australian work rights What we offer Ongoing professional development and training Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance Access to employee wellbeing programs and discounts Friendly and collaborative team culture About us Pharmacy 4 Less Ruse' is a leading community pharmacy dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the Ruse community.
