We are seeking a passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative, paediatric-focused team in Croydon, VIC. This full-time or part-time role involves delivering high-quality, neuroaffirming therapy to children and adolescents, addressing speech, language, literacy, feeding, and social communication needs. You will collaborate with allied health professionals to embed strategies into natural environments, contribute to multidisciplinary care planning, and maintain comprehensive records. This position is ideal for experienced speech pathologists committed to improving developmental outcomes and supporting children’s growth in a nurturing, team-oriented setting. Permanent position Full-time or part-time engagement AUD 92,000 to 112,000 per annum plus superannuation AUD 2,000 professional development budget Medical Practice Details This paediatric-focused service supports the growth and well-being of every child, providing evidence-based, collaborative therapy in a clinic-based setting. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure strengths-based, neuroaffirming care. Croydon, VIC, is approximately 30km east of Melbourne CBD, offering suburban calm combined with excellent amenities including schools, shops, and public transport. The area provides easy access to city commuting while maintaining a family-friendly, community-oriented environment.
