About the role Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments Document scanning and email management Patient billing and payment collection Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager Skills & experience Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential) Knowledge of occupational medicals including RHSQ is highly desirable Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential) Career-progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
