APM West Perth, Western Australia, Australia 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Role APM is seeking a Quality and Compliance Lead to join our Quality, Legal and Risk Team on a Full Time basis. You will lead and shape the development and implementation of APM’s quality and compliance frameworks. Reporting into our General Manager – Workplace Health and Safety, you will have the option to be based across any of our corporate offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong, West Perth or Brisbane on a hybrid basis. To be successful in this role… Manage and update the QMS in accordance with applicable standards. Support the organisation to action recommendations from internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement and ongoing compliance. Conduct regular QMS audits and reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Chair the National Quality Network meeting monthly to review organisational and project-level quality performance. Provide detailed reports highlighting corrective actions and improvement opportunities for escalation to the Executive Leadership Team. Collaborate with National Managers and the quality network to embed quality initiatives and continuous improvement strategies across APM’s operations. Carry out day to day Quality Assurance functions. Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards (9001, 45001, QAF, NSDS). Skills You’ll Bring Strong background in quality assurance. Ideally within the healthcare or social assistance sector. Relevant qualifications in quality systems would be highly regarded. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, and industry best practices. Proven ability to lead and manage audits effectively across complex organisations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
