Direct message the job poster from Bali Body We are looking for a Freight & Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast-paced, fast-growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate lives and breathes freight, warehousing and logistics and would be empowered to manage global distribution to our 3PLs and retail partners. Key Responsibilities Global & Local Freight Plan global shipments proactively in an optimized manner from Australia/China to the US, UK and Netherlands. Secure the most competitive rates per shipment/mode. Liaise with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers on collection of goods. Prepare shipping documents. Accurately maintain shipments in Cin7 and Google sheets trackers internally. Follow up on shipments in transit and share any updates/delays with the business. Monitor goods receipts on 3PLs’ end and ensure accurate batches & quantities booked in. Audit freight forwarders invoices and release for payment. Manage Global Freight monthly KPIs reporting & Expenses reporting. Support with Operational tasks Global & Local Retail Partners Manage local & global retailer Purchase Orders processing like: Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Ulta, Sephora, Amazon etc (Shared role with other Operations team member) Ensure end to end processing; prepare paperwork, approve freight quotes…etc. Work towards 100% compliance and timely delivery with the 3PLs to avoid fees. Work with Bali Body Retail Team in regards to stock availability, deliveries, delays & claims. Assist with onboarding new retailers as per the supply guidelines provided. Conduct retailer efficiency/profitability analysis as needed; freight & lead times. About you 2+ years experience in a Freight & Logistics role. Strong experience in managing global freight requirements for an FMCG company. Experience in shipping dangerous goods preferable. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a challenge. Proficient in MS Excel. Cin7 Experience preferable. Strong attention to detail. A positive, team player attitude.
