About the OPPORTUNITY Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and leadership? We’re looking for an ERP Manager who can drive transformation and deliver value across our business systems—not just through ERP, but by leveraging broader technology solutions. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept leader to oversee the team activities, delivery and performance to align business goals resulting in maximum customer benefit. Key Accountabilities Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for ERP and related technologies. Partner with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms. About YOU Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and influence outcomes. Proven people leadership experience—you know how to build, mentor, and empower teams. Broad technology exposure beyond ERP, including cloud, integrations, and digital platforms. ERP experience is a plus, but not essential—we value adaptability and vision over deep technical ERP expertise. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership. Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
