The Role We are currently seeking three experienced and reliable Truck Drivers (HC/HR) to join our team in the Perth metro area. These positions involve the pickup and delivery of refrigerated produce from farms, production facilities, and wholesale agents to Woolworths and Coles distribution centres, as well as the transportation of pallets and specialized crates for our clients. Our operations run seven days a week, and we are predominantly looking for full time drivers, however we may consider other working arrangements. Key Responsibilities Transport refrigerated produce to various distribution centres Pickup and delivery of equipment such as pallets and specific crates Safe operation of trucks (Volvos, Isuzus, and Hinos) in line with company policies Loading and unloading goods using forklifts and electric pallet jacks Adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail in all tasks What We Offer Attractive rates with competitive pay for both day and night shifts Weekend rates for work performed on Saturdays and Sundays Great work-life balance, with the majority of shifts concluding by early afternoon (additional hours available if preferred) A secure, enjoyable, and long-term position Modern fleet, with well-maintained trucks Friendly and supportive team environment Non-strenuous work with forklifts and electric pallet jacks used for loading/unloading An atmosphere where your contributions are valued Experience & Skills Required Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a truck driving role (HR/HC license essential) Forklift license required with prior experience or willingness to obtain Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work well within a team Reliability and a strong work ethic Commitment to safety and attention to detail Why Choose Us?
