As a Security Officer at our Penrith site, you will be part ofan enthusiastic and dedicated team who utilise their exceptionalpeople skills to provide a professional security service. You willbe responsible for the provision of effective, efficient andresponsive security services throughout the club. We are seeking a Security Officer who is readily availableFriday and Saturday nights, special events and public holidaysdepending on business needs. Pay Rates: Casual Weekdays - $36.50 Saturday - $43.80 Sunday - $51.11 Public Holidays - $73.01 Your Main Duties and Responsibilities in this role willinclude, however are not limited to: Maintaining security of the premises - both property and personnel; Concierge duties - meeting, greeting & signing in members and guests; Ensuring patron adherence to entry regulations; Monitoring Patron behaviour and RSA Managing intoxicated patrons; Maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers and; Adhering to Panthers policies & procedures, & legislativerequirements. To be successful in this role you musthave: Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably withinthe hospitality Pub/Club industry, is highly desirable; Be physically fit Reliable and punctual Strong customer service focus with clear written and verbalcommunication skills; Ability to manage high pressure situations; Strong attention to detail, tact and diplomacy; A current 1A Security License, First Aid, RSA and RCGqualifications Current Driver's Licence as you may be required on occasion tocomplete off site tasks such as a bus driver and car parkpatrol.
