Let's Innovate the Future Together - Join Our Growing and Dynamic Team The head office of IIS is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, an hour and a half southwest of Sydney, with an additional office situated in the Brisbane CBD. Opportunities exist in VIC, NSW, and QLD; however, you will need to be willing to travel to our offices regularly. Schedule to be agreed upon. $80,000 – $100,000 per year Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to analyze and assess risks, ensuring accurate underwriting decisions. Underwrite new business, renewals, and endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level. Build strong, effective relationships with brokers and clients. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. About you Strong analytical and mathematical abilities. Ability to underwrite in accordance with risk appetite, delegated underwriting authority, underwriting guidelines, and our business license. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent computer/technical skills. Underwriting experience is an advantage but not essential.
