About the Role As Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless logistics, team leadership, and client management. This is a hands‑on role where you will: Lead & Grow the Team – Manage and mentor a small but mighty warehouse team Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee warehousing, logistics, and WMS systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. Be the Face of Trident – Engage with clients daily to deliver top‑tier 3PL services and strengthen relationships. Own WHS Compliance – Ensure all safety and compliance measures are upheld, keeping our warehouse running at peak performance. Think & Act Like a Business Owner – We don’t just want an employee; we want a partner who is invested in our success and hungry for growth. What You’ll Need to Succeed? 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce / warehousing & logistics – You know the industry, and you’re ready to level up. Forklift License (Counterbalance & High Reach) – Non‑negotiable. You should be confident and efficient on the forklift. WMS & Microsoft Office Skills – You should be comfortable navigating warehouse management systems and using tech to streamline operations. A Master in Pick & Packing – Or, at the very least, someone eager to become one. WHS & Compliance Knowledge – Safety first. Always.
