About The Role An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our dynamic perioperative recovery team. As the clinical nurse you will act as a professional resource, passionate mentor, and role‑model to junior team members, while working collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager to implement quality‑improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Act as a positive role model and mentor, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture. Demonstrate highly developed communication skills with a strong patient‑ and customer‑focused approach. Work in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the department operates safely, efficiently and in line with best practice standards. About You Relevant registration with AHPRA. Minimum three (3) years’ post‑graduate experience in an area of speciality. Hold a relevant post‑graduate qualification or be working towards it. Ability to act as a positive role‑model with excellent communication and delegation skills. Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients. Advanced understanding of ANMC competencies as per nursing registration. Remuneration On offer $54.72–$58.82 per hour + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1–gr4).
