Senior / Experienced Physiotherapist – Private Practice Private Practice | MSK & Sports | Broome, WA Full-time (0.8 FTE considered) Start January 2026 – flexible Broome Physio is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our busy, well-established private practice in Broome. This role suits a clinician who enjoys Private Practice MSK and Sports Physiotherapy , values continuity of care, and is confident managing their own caseload within a supportive, well-run clinic. You’ll be stepping into a busy caseload with excellent admin support , allowing you to focus on what you do best — being a great physio. The Role You will step into a full and varied caseload, including: ~50% Private MSK & Sports Physiotherapy ~25% Occupational Health ~25% Aged Care We sponsor a local football club and are actively involved in community sporting events throughout the year, regularly seeing: Gym-based rehabilitation CrossFit-related presentations Appointments are 30 minutes , with flexibility where clinically appropriate. Treatment planning and rebooking are values-driven — good care leads to good outcomes. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years clinical experience Strong MSK and sports physiotherapy skills Comfortable managing and progressing your own caseload Values continuity of care and proactive rebooking Enjoys private practice and patient relationships AHPRA registration and Australian permanent residency required (No visa sponsorship available) Support & Systems Dedicated admin team handling phones and billing Physios encouraged (not pressured) to manage their caseloads and follow-ups Small rehab gym 1:1 Pilates reformer AI-assisted notes Physitrack Pay & Professional Development Generous remuneration, based on experience Commission bonus structure Paid CPD days CPD funding available, including travel In-house CPD and regular case discussions Relocation support funding available Full-time role across 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday Early finish on Fridays 0.8 FTE considered by request Why Broome Physio?
