Overtime available at overtime rates Start Date – February 2026 About the Role Install premium structures in line with company procedures and quality standards Operate safely on‑site, following all WHS requirements Assist with preparation, including measure‑ups, fabrication prep, and site checks Maintain safety and quality by keeping your work area clean, compliant, and organised Work as part of a skilled team, learning from experienced installers and tradespeople What We Offer Full‑time employment with annual leave and paid public holidays. Who We're Looking For You don’t need to be an expert in shade systems – we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. You’ll Need A valid manual driver’s licence Good physical fitness and confidence working at heights Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications Experience in construction, carpentry, glazing, installations, or similar trades A current White Card Full Australian working rights We Require or Can Help You Obtain Quickly Blue Card Working at Heights certification EWP (under 11m) licence Experience with outdoor shade products or structural installations Previous site‑based installation work About Versatile Structures Based in Brisbane, Versatile Structures is recognised for delivering high‑quality, Australian‑made shade solutions across sport, leisure, retail, residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
