Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital demand engine, from lead gen to lifecycle journeys, and drive real, measurable impact on revenue. This is a hands-on, high-growth role ideal for a performance marketing leader who’s obsessed with data, fast execution, and ROI. What You’ll Be Doing Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion for project launches and off-the-plan sales Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to orchestrate segmentation, journeys, and attribution Lead our Social Media Coordinator and external performance/web agencies Optimise paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, Display), landing pages, CRO, and offer testing Build automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and WhatsApp Run campaign reviews, enforce lead-to-speed SLAs, and ensure data integrity across the funnel Co-own the GTM strategy for each launch with Sales and Brand What You Bring Must-Have Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing within property/real estate or other high-consideration categories Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Strong CRO, segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle automation expertise Agency management experience with a clear focus on CPQL, SQLs, and revenue Bonus Points: Familiarity with Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, call tracking, and Mulesoft Experience running campaigns tied to vendor launches or partner-led marketing Soft Skills That Set You Apart Commercially ruthless on ROI and lead quality Calm under launch pressure with high ownership and follow-through Strong communicator who thrives cross-functionally with Sales and Brand Action-oriented, proactive, and metrics-obsessed Why Join Gallery Group?
