Maintain a high standard of hygiene in all areas. Support residents, especially those living with dementia, illnesses or disabilities, by providing compassionate assistance and engaging in conversation. Ensure the environment remains welcoming and safe for all residents. Key Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous. Empathy for elders and enjoyment of making someone’s day. NDIS worker screening check (includes Australian Federal Police check). COVID‑19 vaccination. As part of your application, you will be asked to complete pre‑employment checks. NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check) Royal Freemasons is an NDIS‑approved provider.
