The Opportunity We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Assistants to join our casual pool and support departments across the hospital. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring patient comfort safety and the smooth running of hospital operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clinical staff in providing high-quality care and patient support. Provide transport services using hospital-approved equipment and vehicles. Assist patients on admission and help them settle comfortably. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and shared areas in line with infection control standards. About You You thrive in a busy hospital setting are able to adapt quickly to changing demands and consistently uphold high standards of service and professionalism. To be successful you will have Certificate III in Aged Care Health Services or Care Support (desirable). Experience working in a clinical hospital setting. Strong understanding of infection control manual handling and hospital safety procedures. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Desirable qualifications and experience Currently studying Nursing (Year 1 or 2). Certificate IV in Health Services Assistance.
