About Us We are a PE backed business that partners with childcare providers across QLD and NSW to make mealtimes simpler and healthier. Our range caters to over 100 allergens, cultural preferences, and dietary needs, helping centres serve every child with confidence. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Sales who thrives in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven business. This is a player‑coach role, part strategic leader, part hands‑on dealmaker, responsible for building and scaling our sales function, nurturing key relationships, and leading the next stage of growth. It’s B2B sales into small businesses, childcare centres, where every purchase decision is big and deeply personal. Winning means earning trust through patience, listening, and delivering genuine value. You Will Drive revenue through strategic sales and team leadership. Build scalable systems, pipelines, and CRM rhythms (HubSpot). Lead contract discussions and growth strategies for customer retention. Represent the brand at trade shows, tastings, and partnership events. Collaborate across marketing, operations, and product teams. About You Proven track record of leading sales growth and closing major deals. Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen and P&L understanding. Confident using data and digital tools to inform decisions. Great communicator who inspires trust and drives performance. Experience in food, childcare, or hospitality is a plus.
