The Role We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cooks who are ready to take the next step and join us in Lorne . Many of our cooks have built their careers with Merivale and haven’t looked back. To be successful at Merivale you need to possess the following: 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry. Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge. Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel. Good knife skills and a desire to learn. An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices.
