Designer/Draftsperson

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Designer/Draftsperson with (and this is key;) Revit experience to support our design and production teams with modelling, documentation and coordination across a diverse range of hospitality-driven projects. About Us Under the umbrella of our specialist design and construction group, this role documents projects across venue builds, shop fit outs, kitchen and bar fit outs, and food service design consultancy. Our goal is to provide our clients with an informative, transparent and authentic approach, that both simplifies the process and maximises value for highly efficient and engaging outcomes. We work at the intersection of design, construction and innovation , with a growing client base across owners, operators and entrepreneurs building businesses in the food and beverage sector. The Role The role may be suited to a Casual arrangement or perhaps at the outset (we're flexible), although part-time/full-time arrangements fare of course on the table for the right applicant. We’re flexible with hours to a degree too, so we're happy to accommodate designers where a strict full-time requirement might be a stretch. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate Revit models and technical documentation Develop construction-ready drawings, details and schedules Coordinate with designers, project managers, builders and external consultants Support documentation for approvals and onsite construction needs Maintain document control and assist with BIM workflows Every project is different—so we value adaptability, accountability and initiative. What we're seeking Essential 2+ years’ experience in Revit-based drafting of commercial or interior documentation Strong technical drafting and modelling skills Understanding of Australian commercial construction and documentation standards Care about quality control, with good communication and work-sharing capability Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team Desirable Commercial hospitality fit-out, food & beverage, kitchen design, or fabrication specific drafting experience in addition general construction.
