Senior Product Manager

What You’ll DoFeed into the development of the Daily Banking product strategy; maintaining, designing and building market leading products that deliver customer centric features, benefits and capabilitiesExamine and priortising opportunities to increase the contribution of non-interest income from Daily Banking products.Manage the efficient product operations, including using expert business insight to build a pipeline of cost-reduction initiatives, collaborating with operations and contact centre on digitisation initiatives for our product journeysOwnership of product governance requirements including issues and incident rectification to ensure fulfilment of our obligations to regulators and customersSupporting the development and implementation of a product lifecycle, including the simplification and management of in life product strategiesWhat we’re looking forProduct management and governance experience (7+ years)Experience leading and influencing changes to products, channels and customer journeys (including journey digitisation initiatives) that have delivered customer centric features, benefits and capabilities.Experience in articulating strategy and setting strategic direction with others (including identifying key priorities and initiative sequencing).Deep understanding of Australian Banking market, specifically Transaction and Savings accounts.Proven experience in managing complex issue and incident rectification or remediation initiatives.Proven experience influencing and leading diverse stakeholders (Risk, Operations, Finance)An analytical mindset, using data to drive decision making with expert business insight and sound financial acumen.About Us
