Role Overview Join Harmony BYD as a Marketing Operations Assistant. This is a hands‑on and fast‑paced role supporting both sales activities and marketing operations, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organisation, and creative work. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form videos and photos for social media, events, and promotional campaigns. Support marketing activities such as dealership events, model launches, and community activations. Support daily sales operations including data entry, documentation, and follow‑ups. Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, online leads, and appointment coordination. Capture and edit behind‑the‑scenes stories, customer experiences, and BYD vehicle showcases. Skills & Qualifications Essential Qualification in Film, Media, Marketing, or Visual Communication (or relevant experience). 1–2 years’ experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia marketing. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Familiar with Australian media trends, audiences, and social platforms. Valid Australian driver’s licence (for test drives and location filming). Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and sustainability. Desirable Good communication skills and customer‑service experience. Knowledge of electric vehicles or interest in automotive storytelling. Understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta / Google Ads) a plus.
