Passionate about their trade and keen to develop our apprentices and lesser experienced butchers. Understanding of the need to maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene. Experienced working with carcass stock and value add products. A person who loves food and talking to customers on the best cuts and cooking methods. Benefits Excellent rates of pay.
