Role Overview The role is fulltime, on‑site at our Head Office in Campsie, and is primarily responsible for coordinating general administration duties, scheduling the daily roster for the team of maintenance plumbers, processing accounts payable/receivable, data entry in various Microsoft applications, invoices, and job data, as well as answering phone calls and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage, coordinate and schedule daily works using AroFlo ERP software. Coordinate plumbers daily schedule, process timesheets, communicate with clients, manage calendars, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Managing customer communication, service follow‑ups, and job progress. Manage contracts, invoicing, emails, and job documentation/compliances. Managing last‑minute changes/urgent scheduling needs in a professional manner. Send advices on timely updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients. Monitoring the jobs inbox, and answering the service line. We are looking for Confident communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach. General understanding of trades/building services. Proficiency in AroFlo (ERP) is a must. Experience in service‑based scheduling/coordination/rostering. Comfortable working with tradespeople and customers alike. Positive attitude, team player, and a natural problem‑solver. Having a 'can‑do' attitude. Ability to liaise with other vendors & contractors when required. Please note, this role would require you to be based in our office in Campsie, 5 days per week.
