Night Auditor

About the Role: This is a full time position with immediate start available. Ideal candidates will have the flexibility to work night shifts, primarily from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Manage airport transfers and assist with check-in/check-out processes Reconcile and consolidate daily hotel takings Handle collection and delivery of guest luggage Take guest reservations and ensure staff and guest safety Maintain public areas throughout the night Uphold our core values: Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect Essential Skills and Experience: Previous front office experience in a corporate hotel Proficiency in Opera software is a must A full driver's license (no restrictions) and confidence in driving the hotel shuttle van for airport transfers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Passion for hospitality and a positive, energetic demeanor Benefits and Perks: Onsite parking included Accommodation & F&B discounts across VHG hotels Uniforms provided Training & development opportunities for career growth Regular celebrations and team events Inter-hotel transfer options Apply Now If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and looking to grow your career in hospitality, we would love to hear from you
