About the role The Aquatics Operations Supervisor’s role is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the pools. The Aquatics Operations Supervisor is responsible for checking and compiling daily, weekly and annual reports and adherence to relevant legislation affecting swimming pool operations in conjunction with the Operations Team Leader. Remuneration $71,080.88 – $79,154.92 + 12% Superannuation Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with all the specific competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations or equivalent industry qualifications Demonstrated experience in swimming pool operation and supervision Current Pool Lifeguard Licence, Application of First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Equipment Proven ability to take responsibility for the safety of patrons Interpersonal communication and customer service skills Enquiries Lance Goldsmith, Centre Manager of Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre – Closing Date Sunday 20 July 2025, 11:30 PM How to Apply We recommend you read the Position Description for the role to make sure your application addresses the requirements of the position.
