Due to continued business expansion and success, we are now seeking the following roles to facilitate projects in Metro Melbourne: Experienced Excavator Operators (GPS experience highly desirable) Skilled Labourers with tickets (Trade background highly desirable) About You: You will have demonstrated experience in the Civil Construction industry, ideally within the tier one space, with a proven track record working within a team to achieve targets. You have a strong ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, and you are a team player. You are reliable and punctual, with great time management, initiative and problem‑solving skills. Requirements To succeed in the role, you will also require: Demonstrated relevant experience in the applicable role. Experience working on Large Government Infrastructure Projects highly advantageous. Damstra Inducted for Northeast Link, preferable. A valid Australian driver’s license is required, preferably inclusive of an HR truck license. Ability to legally work within Australia. Construction Industry White Card/Red Card. Excellent commitment to safety policies and procedures. Be willing to undergo a Pre‑Employment medical and/or a National Police check as requested. What’s in it for you?
