Key Responsibilities Powder coating to meet production and quality standards Preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces ready for coating Performing touch-ups and quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish Maintain powder coating equipment and work areas in line with safety and environmental standards Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines Skills and Experience Success in this role will require the following: Previous Powder Coating experience Good communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Effective organising skills to ensure efficiency of jobs Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proactive and takes the initiative, understanding the greater process. Team-oriented and collaborative, while also capable of working independently.
