We’ll achieve this by connecting our technology, talent and thinking.ROLE OUTLINEThe Performance Director oversees and coordinates the delivery across a team of biddableexperts. You will manage all operations, from ensuring quality implementation planning toimproving operational efficiency & delivery, to acting as a senior consultant to clients for theiractivation and performance management.This role includes taking accountability for talent management, including reviews, training, coaching, performance management, and recruitment.You will work closely with other directors to support national initiatives designed to improvekey indicators.KEY RELATIONSHIPS•

immediate teamWHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOINGPeople – 40% of your time•

Oversee team workflow, dealing with issues as they arise to a satisfactory resolution•

Ensure your team is adequately trained, resourced, motivated, and engaged to deliver•

Conduct regular 1-2-1s with your team, providing leadership and modelling ourbehaviours at all timesProduct – 30% of your time•

Help define and deliver best practice, supervising your team's output and interveningwhere necessary•

Contribute to product development and direction, leveraging vendors and partners toachieve this•

Anticipate future challenges, trends, and changes to both your clients and our industry,proactively forming a view of strategies to mitigate risk and create opportunityClient – 15% of your time•

Lead key client relationships as it relates to implementation planning & buying,ensuring team output is to the required standard•

Be the voice of GroupM Nexus initiatives with your teams and your clients, driving bestpractice and innovation.•

Navigate the complex media, technology, and data landscape, providing counsel andsupport to both your team and clients•

Elevates both team and client thinking through expert opinion and leadership, includingtackling sensitive conversations with confidenceCommercial – 15% of your time•

Responsible for the overall delivery of client investment, with flawless accuracy acrossall aspects•

Identify commercial opportunities with the ability to make a compelling case for theirinclusion•
