What You'll Be Doing Using Stop/Slow bat to direct traffic around worksites and events Setting up and monitoring traffic guidance schemes and signage Conducting pre-starts and vehicle/equipment checks Completing hazard assessments and worksite documentation Identifying and reporting near misses or safety concerns Ensuring the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists Collaborating with crew leaders, clients, and safety auditors What We’re Looking For Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License Valid driver’s license and reliable transport Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts Basic computer skills Strong communication skills with a focus on safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Altus Group?
