About the Role As part of the Infrastructure Platforms team at icare, this role will deliver new capabilities, provide end to end support of the existing environment, and play an administrative role for our End User Computing technology such as Office365, Microsoft Configuration Manager application deployment, Intune, and Windows workstations. Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Identify continuous improvements and implement any required changes on applications. Ensure that changes are implemented effectively in production and provide high level estimates for new initiatives. Contribute to and participate in the application development function including in-house development and external vendor-based development. Provide support for a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery. Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Operation teams in resolving operational desktop-related incidents, requests and changes. Plan and perform regular and ad-hoc security and OS patching as required to meet security compliance across servers and workstations. Skills & Experience Successful completion of relevant industry certification and / or other equivalent tertiary qualification and experience. Sound knowledge of a range of IT software applications and hardware, technical infrastructure, systems, databases. Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and supporting in scope applications. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in a complex technology environment. Demonstrated experience with active directory group policy administration. Working knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, O365, windows workstations, and Intune platforms including recommended best practices and design blueprints. Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role. Desirable Experience in Insurance or Finance Domains. Experience in enterprise level infrastructure.
