CBD location with WFH. Great organisational culture and collaborative working environment. They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial accounting and shared services functions and provide support to the CFO and wider business. You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting. Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around cash management, optimisation of team structure and internal controls. Pay and benefits Base pay range : A$180,000.00/yr - A$210,000.00/yr Other : super + bonus Responsibilities Manage financial accounting and shared services functions Oversee all financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting Lead cash management initiatives and optimise team structure Develop and maintain strong internal controls Support the CFO and wider business on financial decisions and strategic initiatives About you / Qualifications 5+ years\' experience in a global corporate environment (ideal) Chartered experience essential — preferably audit, but business advisory OK too Solid exposure to IFRS (essential) and US/UK GAAP (ideal) Experience in a multisite operation (highly regarded) Multi-region experience highly regarded A natural communicator who can influence and drive change Experience in an inventory-based business is highly desirable, not essential How to apply For more information, please email Schenuk Wijesekera.
