Tyre Fitter. Permanent full time Monday to Friday - Good wages with extra benefits. overtime every second Saturday Responsibilities Repairing, replacing and fitting vehicle tyres Performing tyre changeovers Performing tyre diagnostics (e.g. checking tyre condition, pressure and tread depth) Checking and adjusting wheel balance, alignment and rotation Helping customers to choose products that meet their requirements Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order Keeping up to date with brand products and services Adhering to relevant OH&S laws and policies and maintaining a safe work environment Adhering to employer's policies and procedures Performing all duties prescribed by the Store Manager from time to time Test driving vehicles after alignment to ensure sound workmanship Describing vehicle's condition to customer & or Shop Manager and answering any follow-up questions Filing appropriate documentation on each repair Recommending areas of attention About you Previous experience as a Tyre fitter is required A keen eye for detail and a high level of workmanship Reliable, honest, punctual, hard-working and self-motivated Current VIC Drivers License (M/T) The benefits A competitive package based on experience Ability to work full time If you believe that you possess the skills and experience that we are looking for, and have a passion for the Automotive Industry please apply.
