To learn more about working at Saraji click HERE About The Role Reporting to the Production Supervisor at Saraji Mine, you will be an integral part of the Load and Haul team. As a Load and Haul Operator, you will operate a range of heavy mobile equipment to support the safe and efficient movement of overburden and coal. Key Responsibilities Safely operate heavy mining equipment including trucks, dozers, graders, and excavators within operational parameters. Contribute to achieving daily production targets in a team-focused environment. Complete pre-start checks and adhere to all site safety standards and procedures. Work collaboratively with supervisors, dispatch, and maintenance teams. Demonstrate commitment to BMA’s safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Previous experience in Load and Haul Coal Mining and or Pre-strip as well as to be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience operating HME in a large-scale open-cut mining environment. Competency and skill on at least two of the following: D10/D11 dozers, 16M graders, or excavators. A current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment and Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain). A strong commitment to safety and working in a team-oriented environment.
