(Senior) Project Engineer

Due to growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, our construction division is looking for a Senior Project Engineers or Project Engineer to join the estimating team. We strongly recommend internal applicants (especially FIFO Project Engineers) to apply who are looking to transition into a Perth based role. This role will be Perth based supporting early construction, constructability, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the tender team to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality. Manage the interface between the engineering and project delivery teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules and contract. Manage and supervise the resolution of technical queries as required. Lead the procurement for the project. Compile schedule, cost, progress and forecast reports for the project; ensuring all schedule reporting requirements are met. Provide support to the project team and implement best practice on the project. What you'll bring Extensive experience in Project Engineering on large-scale resources construction projects for similar companies. Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline. A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work. Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule. Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
