About the Role At Livingstone, our marketing team is the engine behind our growth — and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join us Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help plan, execute and optimise campaigns across digital and traditional channels. What You’ll Do Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions that align with company goals. Assist in planning, developing and distributing marketing materials including brochures, catalogues and digital content. Manage the social media content calendar and execute digital campaigns across web, email, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, track results and provide regular performance reports. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, helping strengthen key relationships. Support product launches, rebrands and the ongoing promotion of our extensive product range. Create engaging, SEO-optimised content across blogs, websites and social platforms. Maintain accurate product listings and digital assets, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience. What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role (agency or marketing environment preferred). Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as CMS, email marketing, and social media management systems. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for great marketing.
