What You’ll Be Doing Support participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. Boost confidence by helping participants recognise strengths, overcome obstacles, and embrace new employment. Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support. Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Celebrate every successful placement, recognizing the achievements of participants. Build lasting connections with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.
