You will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team. On a daily basis, you will be: Independently assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s. Using clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals. Participating in training and receiving formal 1:1 supervision. Engaging in monthly peer group supervision with the wider QLD team. Collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's. About you: We are seeking a person with: Current membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist. A passion for supporting people with a disability. An interest in working with people of all ages and abilities. The ability to work autonomously out in the community while linking in with a larger multi-disciplinary team.
