THE POSITION RATIONALE is delighted to share an opportunity for passionate and experienced Skin Therapist to join our talented Mosman Team in a full-time position. As a RATIONALE Skin Therapist, you are practised in delivering the highest level of customer service, and achieving exemplary sales results. In this role you will provide your Clients with world-class luxury facial treatments, exceptional skin consultations, and bespoke product recommendations. You will provide memorable and authentic Client interactions, ensuring each Client leaves feeling their best with our signature glow. Whilst your experience is required, our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations and facial treatments from the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE. THE PERFECT PROFILE The role of a Skin Therapist requires a base knowledge of skin physiology and ingredients. In addition to your positive and enthusiastic nature, and passion for results-driven skincare, you will need: A qualification in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV or similar) Experience in a spa or clinic environment Previous experience in a retail, luxury, or similar role with specialist product knowledge Passion for providing consistent and exceptional Client experiencesAble to display a genuine commitment to your Clients in achieving their skin goals Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills Actively participate in positively contributing to the culture of your Flagship Team A desire to learn the RATIONALE formulation and facial treatment range ON OFFER TO YOU At RATIONALE, we believe that our ability to deliver luminous skin for life is ultimately due to the exceptional employees we have working for us.
