Qualifications Who are we looking for? Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Flexible team player with strong communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing) Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship Working on-site means11-hour days on a2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
