About the Role We’re looking for a Quality Advisor to join our Perth Head Office team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our quality systems and the people who make them work. You’ll help us maintain and strengthen our ISO 9001 certification, lead audits, manage non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement across projects and operations. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure everything we deliver — from head office to site — meets the high standards Monford is known for. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain and improve Monford’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and company standards. Lead and support internal and external audits, identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and close‑out processes. Analyse quality data and KPIs to help lift performance across projects. Collaborate with project teams to embed quality into daily operations. Deliver training, advice, and hands‑on support to build quality capability across the business. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and help make “how we do things” even better. What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in quality roles, preferably within an EPC environment. Proven experience in the development and implementation of QMS procedures. Ability to provide training and support in line with procedural and organisational culture change. ISO 9001 auditing experience — Lead or Internal Auditor certification preferred. Strong communication and influencing skills — you know how to bring people along with you. A practical, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail. Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field (preferred but not essential).
