About The Role Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, you’ll work side‑by‑side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You’ll also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit. Key Responsibilities Include Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition. Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities. Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks. Your relationship‑building skills help you connect with clients and employers alike, and your confidence in delivering training and knowledge of inclusive employment practices allows you to make a lasting impact. You’re proactive with marketing and networking, and your attention to detail ensures records are kept accurately and professionally. Essential Criteria Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable. Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively. Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury or health conditions. Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client‑focused employment plans. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Current Driver’s License – essential.
