Coach and mentor a team of Support Workers, offering on‑the‑job training, support and guidance. Inspire a skilled, versatile, and diverse team utilizing your experience in managing performance and delivering support. Support service delivery by ensuring effective and efficient administrative processes and procedures, including quality, timely and accurate reporting, planning and record‑keeping. You will have: Proven advanced problem‑solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast‑paced & dynamic environment. Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision‑making skills, including de‑escalation in high‑conflict situations. Track record of building cohesive teams with clear goals and fostering innovation and collaboration. Commitment to a person‑centred approach for vulnerable individuals. Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded. Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential).
